At Baird House we build on the solid foundations established in St Nicholas House, whilst also welcoming girls transferring from other preparatory and primary schools.

Our aim is to give girls the opportunity to thrive in our care, supporting each individual to ensure girls attain their full potential. We value academic achievement as well as developing creative, performing and sporting talent. We also place great emphasis on pastoral care, ensuring the well-being of all girls and encourage the development of self esteem, self confidence and care and consideration for others.

By the end of Year 11, girls are ready to meet the challenges and rewards of life and education beyond Abbot's Hill.
