Congratulations to Nicola, Y10, on winning the Dacorum Schools Rotary Chef competition, retaining the trophy for Abbot's Hill for the second year running. The competition, organised by the Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted Bulbourne Rotary Clubs, involved preparing a two course meal for two for under £12. Nicola's winning meal was chilli king prawn linguini in a zesty cream sauce with mangetout followed by rhubarb crumble with vanilla crème fraiche. |

Mrs Kimber, Head of Food Studies, who also collected an award on behalf of the School said: “I am thrilled that we have won the trophy for another year following Emma's success last year.” Mrs Lewis thanked the Rotary Club and Boxmoor Lodge for all their hard work in running the competition. |
